I've been in the appliance business pretty much my whole life. My dad started his appliance business in 1964, and by the time I was eight years old, I was already in the shop learning how things worked. I learned to fix appliances, sell used appliances and, most importantly, work with people.
What started with my dad became a lifetime of building businesses, solving problems, making mistakes, figuring things out and learning what it really takes to make a business work.
I didn't set out to become a business coach. I became a business owner. Then another. And another. I learned by doing it, living it and sometimes learning the hard way.
Now I'm taking everything I've learned along the way and using it to help appliance service business owners build stronger businesses and bigger lives. I'm taking every lesson I learned in the shop and in the field to help you turn your technical skill into a high-performing, profitable operation.
